Pinus Otel

I was not satisfied at all in the 5 nights I stayed. Water batteries, door handles and electronic device remote controls were broken. The room did not even have a mini refrigerator, a hanger to hang clothes, or a soap dispenser. A very problematic hotel

The friends at the reception were extremely kind and helpful, I am grateful to them, I was very pleased.

There was a small problem in the bathroom, other than that, everything was very nice.

We booked an economical room. When we went to the hotel, they gave us a room with a box-like door next to the reception. We asked for a different room and they said they did not have one. They then moved us to a different room and did not charge the price difference, but if we had not objected, we would have stayed in that room. On the first day of our stay, we asked for room cleaning and the cleaning staff directly said that we would do it if we had time, and cleaning was not done that day. On the second day, we informed the reception that we wanted cleaning, but it was not done again. On the third day, we reported it twice, and it was cleaned that day. We have already stayed for 4 nights. The sheets etc. were not changed on the day of cleaning, so they probably fixed them and spread them again. We didn't care as it was our last day. Apart from that, the breakfast was quite adequate, the same things were served every morning, the hygiene was very good. They also never announced it, but you can eat at their restaurant with a 10% discount. By the way, the environment is the liveliest place of Assos, if you prefer a quiet and quiet holiday, it is the perfect place, the ambience is very nice. We went to the beach once and you can enter it unlimitedly during the day, we did not choose it because it was a pier. There were mostly young and middle-aged couples.
