When I entered the room, I said it was very nice, but the situations I encountered afterwards were bad, the toilet bidet and the chiffon were defective, they were not working, I didn't want to tell anyone because it was night, I don't know if there would be a room change, but we made a lot of effort to get settled in because when I opened the window to ventilate the room at night, I fell asleep, 1 hour later I woke up to a mosquito infestation, I had to neutralize them all, I'm telling you clearly, there were 28 mosquitoes, there was fly blood everywhere, I had to, they ate me everywhere, apart from that, the location is just fine. Most everything is bad, towels are old, torn, it was such an experience for me, I do not recommend it

It smelled very bad of cigarette smoke. It was generally clean. But there was no balcony in the room as in the picture. The bed was comfortable. TV was not working. There was only one channel. I would not choose again

I regret choosing this hotel in Gallipoli, where I went for my friend's wedding. I was short on time, so I went unprepared and the wedding started. Although it saddened me that I could not find an iron in the hotel, which costs 6 thousand liras per night, the worse situation was that the staff at the reception did it. The gentleman was aware that I was in a difficult situation and I asked him for a place he could recommend for ironing in Gallipoli, where I was a stranger. I got the answer that you can look it up on the internet. It made me very sad that there was such a service approach in this sector.
