I made a hotel reservation for my mother and father for 2 days. They were very pleased. The employees were very attentive. Breakfast was as diverse as it should be. The rooms were again very clean. They were also very pleased with the massage service. I made an appointment for a massage the day before, considering the intensity. It will definitely be a hotel we will stay at again. Thanks.

Some of the service personnel are inadequate, some of the male personnel in the bars are indifferent and cannot maintain their level. One of the animators (who makes the game play Bocha or whatever) is extremely annoying and insistent. It is obvious that the hotel management is doing its best in general, but their job is just as difficult.
