Before booking, I specifically asked about the bad comments about air conditioners written on the internet. I was told there was no problem on the phone. When I checked in to the hotel, I asked the reception again, and the same answer was given as "no problem". However, when we got to the room, we saw that the air conditioner was almost not working. The room was unbearably hot. When we conveyed the situation to the reception, instead of finding a solution, we were told only "you can open the window". Although I stated that it was not possible for me to open a window in a room on the 2nd floor for privacy reasons, no alternative was offered. Moreover, we later learned that the entire hotel had the same problem. In other words, the hotel deliberately concealed a known problem before booking and at check-in. Worse, we saw neither a professional approach nor an attitude that cared about customer satisfaction in the face of the victimization. A business that does not provide accurate information to its guests and does not show the will to solve problems. I definitely do not recommend it.

It is an incredibly nice hotel, the staff is especially very friendly, the rooms are very friendly, the view is amazing, you have to go and see it, it is not possible to describe it, you have to go and see it.

The hotel is falling apart. Plumbing and fountains are faulty. There was no shower cabin glass. But the breakfast was very enjoyable both in terms of variety and presentation.

The location of the hotel and its proximity to Anıtkabir really made it easier for us to go to many places. The hotel was quiet and generally families were staying there, we did not see many young people. In general, it was a regular hotel, the staff were friendly and polite, the negative aspects were that there was no hanger in the room, there was no television remote control. There is no other negative incident that comes to my mind. It is okay as an average place, so I recommend it in terms of its location. We stayed on the 5th floor. There is a view of Anıtkabir. It also looks great on the balcony.

We were generally satisfied. There were many options for breakfast. The rooms are a little old.

Accommodation, staff etc. everything is great, rooms are very clean, tidy and your employees are attentive. I would like Netflix and internet for TV. I also wish that the breakfast was a little more flavorful and diverse, and that the restaurant was a little more elegant. In terms of breakfast place, it seems a little simple compared to the general environment. Other than that I left happy

There was a strong toilet smell in the room, we spent the whole night breathing in the toilet smell.
