When we went to the first room, there was hair around the toilet and the toilet was not even flushed. Then they changed our room, but again the toilet was not usable, they sent a team to clean again and we waited for 1 hour for cleaning, then we realized that there was mold on the bed. There was no closet in the room to put our belongings.

Even though we got full board, it didn't make sense for us to charge extra for things. There were not enough social activities either. The flavors of the dishes were not as good as the expected Turkish food taste, but there were also good things. Every staff member working at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Although the hotel was five stars, the furniture was quite old. The pools and aquapark were very clean and beautiful.
