It's my second visit to Ankara and I stayed at the same place. I'm very pleased with it. Helpful staff in every way. Clean hotel. Location is number 10.

We checked into the hotel around 02:00 at night because our flight was delayed. Thank you for the friendly welcome.

Our room was room 102 on the ground floor. We were not at all satisfied. Maybe other rooms are better, I don't know, but the bathroom window of our room opened to the entrance of the hotel. There were insects in the bathroom. There were 2 small windows in the room, but there were no mosquito nets, so we could not ventilate them for 3 days. The refrigerator wasn't working either. I'm sure they would say it would have been done if you had told me, but why should I say it? I don't pay for these services, so why isn't it checked? There were mosquitoes when we first entered, we chased them all night long. Also, even the entrance of the hotel is full of spider webs, I don't understand it. It would take 10 seconds to clean it with a broom, but I observed it for 3 days, let alone cleaning the webs, we lived with the same insect. The breakfast is good, but if you don't go at 8.30 there is nothing left. There is a lot of scramble going on all the time. It is not renewed. We left at 9.30 on the last day and there wasn't even a fork left for breakfast. I don't know if everyone is buying extra because the products are inadequate or because the buffet is inadequate. It is normal that the sister in the kitchen cannot make it on her own. By the way, I don't know if she is the manager or not. The gentleman at the door is both caring and polite and helped us with parking. Let's not take credit for it. There are problems with cleanliness and room 102. Maybe it was just our luck, I don't know.

The hotel is in a central location. However, the cleanliness of the hotel was not good, unfortunately the toilets were very dirty. Cold water was not flowing, the plumbing was in trouble. Only boiling water was coming and the floors were dirty. Breakfast was plentiful, tea was bad etc.

We spent 3 nights at Zeybek Hotel, the staff were friendly and cheerful, we would especially like to thank Savaş Bey, Ebru Hanım and Osman Bey, who took good care of us. They helped us in every way. We came as a couple and were pleased. It was a nice Izmir adventure :)

Our only choice in every Cyprus trip is the Riversite Garden Resort hotel. The rooms are very big, the balcony is very large. It has many pools. It is full of greenery and various fruit trees and its land is very large. Bird sounds cover everywhere. The employees are very friendly and help with everything. One time I went with my wife, it was my birthday, and they brought a cake to our room. I will never forget these gestures. Thank you once again. I recommend it to those who are thinking of coming.

We stayed as 4 people, it was very nice to have separate rooms and to have each item in the rooms (refrigerator, air conditioner, storage cabinet, shower toilet, etc.) The furniture was new and of very high quality. In terms of cleanliness, everything was spotless and it was like our home. Hope to see you again.

It was an accommodation experience beyond disgrace. The cleanliness of the room was very bad. There was food waste from the previous customer in the mini bar.
