Ala Hotel

There were so many flies in the hotel, we could never sleep, our money was wasted, the breakfast is terrible

The hotel is very old, the rooms are very old and dirty, the only good thing is that the staff is very nice.

We came with my daughter for a two-day holiday. We would like to thank Ms. Eda, Ferhat and Mr. Samet, who took care of us from the moment we entered the hotel. The cleanliness and breakfast are excellent. The location of the hotel is so good that you can walk wherever you want in the center. When I come again, it is one of the facilities where I can stay without hesitation and recommend it.

I stayed with my friend, we were both satisfied. It was clean, the location was beautiful and the staff was very helpful.

I was very pleased, it is a wonderful hotel, everything is as seen, we had an incredible holiday, my wife and I stayed as 2 people, hopefully we will come again in the summer. We stayed in December for our wedding anniversary, but even though it was winter, some places were closed, but no matter what, everyone was friendly, the staff, the reception was amazing, they welcomed us, thank you very much for everything, Kremlin Palace family ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I entered the room at 12 at night, but I couldn't sleep as sirens and door sounds were heard repeatedly until 4 in the morning, and the voices of other passengers entered my room.
