I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. I was not at all satisfied with the reception staff at the hotel, except for the female staff. The hotel breakfast was excellent. The whole team working at breakfast was great. When we sat down for breakfast, a lady immediately came and took care of herself. I would like to thank the breakfast team.

Everything was great during our stay at Hanedan Hotel. The location of the hotel, the attention and friendliness of the staff, and the fact that it is a business with employees who love their jobs.
