The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast is sufficient, the rooms are spotless, thank you very much. We will prefer it in our future holidays.

WFI sucked. He wasn't pulling at all. The reception kept me waiting for 2.5 hours, saying the room was being prepared. Even tea and coffee were paid. The only good thing was the housekeeping friends.

The room's jacuzzi was not working and the fountain was leaking water. The bathroom door was letting water out. The socket in the bathroom was faulty.

The location is very nice, it is one of the oldest hotels, but it needs serious renovation. The bed pillow was very uncomfortable. It needs a general detailed cleaning and maintenance. It is not an issue that can be solved with daily cleaning. I think the hotel needs to undergo a detailed and complete cleaning.
