I was not satisfied at all in the 5 nights I stayed. Water batteries, door handles and electronic device remote controls were broken. The room did not even have a mini refrigerator, a hanger to hang clothes, or a soap dispenser. A very problematic hotel

The room also smelled of towels and sheets, it was not clean, there was no kettle, the television was not working, there was no minibar, we asked the staff for water, we thought there would at least be water, and it was not there, we were not satisfied, but this is the only good thing about the location, it is in the center.

It was very beautiful, everything was spotless.

I went with my 75-year-old mother, we were welcomed so well, they helped us in everything, everything was very nice, I left very satisfied.

Overall I was well satisfied. The lobby is just a little small

I was a nice guest. If I go again, I will stay here again.

A very clean and nice hotel with friendly staff. It is a preferred hotel with its central location. If I have the opportunity to stay in the same location, it is a place I will always choose.
