The hotel staff were friendly and helpful in every aspect, thank you.

Everything was beautiful. We were afraid of the comments, they said there was a lot of noise, but the bar was legendary, we had a lot of fun, and when we closed the balcony, there was no sound at all. The pool and hotel are clean, the location is great, the reception staff is friendly, if I were to come again, we would choose this place again.

We went as a family and were generally satisfied, the breakfast and staff were good. We didn't have any parking problems, they picked up the car from in front of the hotel. Sheets, pillows etc. were clean. It may have minor shortcomings, but in general it is an accommodation establishment that meets the needs. thank you

Bad smell, food smell and zero hygiene

It was my first visit to the hotel, everything was great, from the welcome to the friendly and helpful staff, from the cleanliness to the food.

Although the hotel is a 4 star hotel, there is no service like a 4 star hotel, the rooms, the cupboards are all worn out, I had to change two different rooms, the room temperature is not very good, the bathroom and toilets all need to be maintained, there are no slippers in the rooms, there are no personal care products, there are no refreshments in the rooms, that is, if the hotel is located at night, they said that we are under renovation, but I did not understand what renovation they did. As someone who travels all the time, I would not choose it again.
