It is a nice hotel, I was very pleased with both the price performance and the quality of service.

The room we stayed in has nothing to do with the room pictures shared before renting. It's literally from a warehouse. The cleanliness is mediocre. The room has no windows.

We chose this hotel to relax and benefit from thermal water for health purposes over the weekend. Although there are newer hotels in the area, we chose this one because of its quiet and "calm thermal pool" concept, which is specifically stated to be for people over 16 years of age. However, our experience was a serious disappointment. The rooms were old but clean, and the food was generally good. The heaters were not working in the rooms, they suggested we turn on the air conditioning, but it took the next day for it to heat up. We waited for a while for the thermal water in the bathtub to heat up, but when it didn't heat up, we gave up using it. We tried connecting to the internet, but it only allowed one person to connect. Unfortunately, the thermal pools, which were our main reason for choosing, were far below our expectations. Children from the age of 1 could enter the area, which was presented as a "calm thermal pool", without any restrictions. Environment; It was full of children who were constantly shouting and singing. It was not possible to rest and benefit from thermal water. Even if we leave aside the noise and hygiene issues, it is a problem in itself that the thermal waters in this pool are not suitable for health for children in this age group. Although we reported the situation to the hotel staff many times, the children were either taken out for a short time and taken back in or no intervention was given. In our last conversation, there were at least 6-7 children aged 1-7 in the thermal pool, and the staff's response was: "The thermal water of the other pool is colder than here, so we couldn't say anything." This approach completely contradicts the concept offered by the hotel itself. The only part we really liked was the massage service at the spa. We were planning to stay a few more days, but after this experience we left without even looking back. If you are thinking of choosing this hotel with the promise of a "calm thermal pool", I definitely do not recommend it. There is a serious difference between the expectation presented and the reality experienced.

Everything was great, great location, nice hotel

In general, it is very good in terms of price and performance. The gentleman who greeted us at the door was polite and attentive. We are happy with our stay. The shortcomings are that the rooms are very close to each other and noises can be heard, and we had trouble receiving reception on Turkcell and Vodafone lines. There is wifi, but the room is not enough. Apart from that, it is very nice in terms of location and quietness, very close to Ortaköy beach.
