Everything turned out great

It was literally like I came to a hotel in the Middle East, the food was very bad, the hotel was very crowded, it is not a hotel I would ever recommend or go to again, I regret it.

The sheets in the hotel were sunken, the cleanliness was moderate compared to a five-star hotel, the same fruits were always coming out, there were not many tropical fruits and there was no security guard in the hotel section where we stayed. The hotel consists of many buildings and a security guard is required in each building because the section where the security and consultant were located was far from the hotel building where we were. The food was not delicious.

We were very pleased with everything in the hotel. We would especially like to thank the restaurant chef Ms. Sevda and her team.

Swandor is a hotel we come to regularly, it has become like our own home now, we do not feel like a stranger, everything is top notch, needless to say. We will keep coming

We had a truly enjoyable holiday. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent; The pools, beach and rooms were sparkling clean. The food was delicious, the drinks were of high quality and there was a lot of variety. The attention and friendliness of the staff made the holiday even more enjoyable. We were able to have a comfortable holiday without any hesitation, especially regarding hygiene. There is always something to eat 24 hours a day, a variety of dishes, appetizers, desserts... It is a place we will choose again. Our accommodation date is 12-16 May.

Everything was fine, we went as a family, but my child is 7 years old and has a gluten disorder. When I called before arriving, I was told that we can bring out whatever you want. When I went there, they were partially helpful, but the hotel is inadequate in this regard, please be careful, it is a sensitive situation.

Very clean, attentive, fun, all the facilities are top notch, nothing is spared, customer satisfaction is at the forefront, it is very high quality, the food is very diverse and very nice, the drinks are hot and cold, all of them are of high quality, not having to wait in line or being disturbed is carefully planned, water slides are successful, live concerts, pool activities are excellent, the employees are very nice and very attentive, the cleanliness is excellent, the architecture and Ottoman history are impressive, it was very beautiful.
