Our stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. Our room was not cleaned for 2 days and was dirty upon arrival. The door card malfunctioned every day; We had to constantly go to the reception and deal with it. Even though it was known that we were staying on the ground floor without an elevator, no solution was produced. Although we reported many times about the disturbing plumbing noise in the room, the staff remained completely insensitive and our room change request was rejected. There is neither interest nor solution. I definitely do not recommend it under these conditions. We expect the hotel management to contact us urgently to compensate for the inconvenience.
