Palm Hotel Kuşadası

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the reception is very helpful, but when I first came, parking was free, but now parking is paid, which seemed strange to me.

Yes, their staff is good, but the cleanliness and comfort of the room were far below our expectations.

The location was good, the room was cleaned every day, but the pool was very small and the sun loungers were insufficient. At 9 in the morning, the sun loungers were surrounded by towels, we had to go to the sea and the food was inadequate and not good.

The gentleman at the reception was very polite and tried to fulfill our requests very quickly. There was an odor problem in the room we stayed in. We left cleaning paper when leaving, but it was not cleaned.

Everything was fine during the stay, only the ventilation in the WC was not working and it smelled.
