Everything was fine, the elevator was broken.

Even though we requested a non-smoking room, it smelled of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was cold and definitely not fresh

Although we did not use the minibar, we were charged for minibar use both immediately after leaving the hotel and after hours. We didn't even touch the minibar cabinet, let them check whichever staff member is interested in it first.

The location is good, there are hotel sun loungers on the beach. The rooms are large, suite-like. But the cleaning is very inadequate. The rooms are full of dust. Towels were missing in the room, there were no glasses etc. The room is not cleaned and clean towels are not left unless you ask. Unfortunately, the breakfast was also not good, dried and stale food left over from a few days ago was served again and again at the open buffet. There is a kitchen in the rooms, but it is not allowed to bring food from outside to the room?! We have been coming to this hotel for three years, but unfortunately this year was the year we were most dissatisfied.

Apart from the location, I was not satisfied with the hotel in general. Especially the breakfast was not good. Even though I stayed for a week with breakfast included, I didn't eat breakfast even one day.

Since I didn't stay long, I can't comment much, but cleanliness is the most important criterion for me.
