Faustina Hotel & Spa

We stayed one night with my friend because it was right in front of Mevlana. The location is really very central and very good. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend it for those who are obsessed with cleaning. The smell of cigarette smoke hit us as soon as we entered. The rooms are quite narrow, there is a kettle. But the strangest thing was the breakfast. We were not warned that breakfast is at these hours. My friend went down to breakfast around 9, and I was downstairs at exactly 10:05. I asked if I could have breakfast. First they said breakfast was over. We were quite surprised. The lady there said, "Breakfast time is over at 9:00." When we said it was too early, he said it ends at 10. When we said it was already 10 o'clock, he said, "But the product is finished, it is okay if it is not finished." Then, when my friend said that there wasn't much of a breakfast, he said okay, I'll bring it, but there is no cucumber this time :) So it's really hard to understand. I recommend you to ask from the beginning, otherwise you may find yourself insisting on breakfast when you receive the service as breakfast accommodation :)

Everything was very enjoyable, all the staff were friendly and very attentive. My only negative comment about the hotel is a friend called BURAK, who works at the reception. He is a know-it-all and tries not to help with anything. He is a tiring personality with poor diction and needs training in customer-employee relations. :( I recommend that the authorities take precautions as soon as possible.

The location is very nice. I was generally satisfied..

We were welcomed very well, it was an elite environment, we were very pleased.

Everything was great except room cleaning. It's the only place I can stay if I go to Istanbul.
