We went to stay for 4 days, we were very pleased, the rooms were spacious and clean, the friends at the reception were very helpful, I would especially like to thank Ms. Sanem for her attention and concern.

Breakfast and meals were delicious and plentiful. The hotel's proximity to the sea is very good. The sea view of the restaurant is very good. Sun loungers on the beach could be better.

The room exceeded my expectations, I was satisfied.

The hotel's location, staff and food were very good. The room was clean but smelled incredibly like cigarette smoke, probably because it had not been ventilated after the previous guest. I had to sleep with the window open.

The hotel is more suitable for families with small children, we went with our young daughters, there were too many children, it tired us a little, the beach could have been more modern, it was inadequate. The food is very delicious, but the ventilation of the dining hall is insufficient, in my opinion, a bad smell stops your appetite when you first enter. The animation team was weak. I have seen other hotels before, as soon as we enter the door, they know who we are. You will be informed about everything on that day. We were informed about the activities by calling the team on the second day. It was very nice in terms of cleanliness, I always felt at ease in every place. I want to see more people in charge in such hotels on the field, because I am satisfied or dissatisfied. I would like to convey the situations in which I was not present. I could not see the responsible people immediately. Even if they were present in the field, it means that there are deficiencies in the communication point. Any deficiencies can be covered with good communication, a sweet language and a smiling face.
