The location of the hotel is great. We stayed in an economy room. They made glass in the bathroom, but opening and closing this door was a constant pain. There was constant noise coming into the room from the reception. So we heard everyone who came to the hotel. In general, the hotel is a preferable place in terms of location, but I do not find it very reasonable. I can't say price performance.

It is necessary to increase the hygiene in the rooms, SPA areas and pools. There is a very bad toilet smell in the area where the women's bath and sauna are located, and there is insufficient ventilation. People rub their feet and skin in thermal pools, they should be warned by the attendant. There is hair in the pools... Food was good. I expected the staff to be more professional and trained. Upon departure, I asked the reception where I could leave my luggage for half an hour, and he showed me the back of the seats opposite.
