It was a nice and successful hotel. It was sufficient in every sense. The breakfast, thermal pool, sauna, Turkish bath, etc. was quiet and nice. The breakfast was various, fresh and good. It had everything. Our room was large, spacious and most importantly clean. The staff in every department was attentive. There are only some problems with sound insulation, but it is tolerable.

I stayed for 6 days and only rented a room. I was pleased with the helpful staff. It wasn't too bad but they could have been better. I asked for a few things, I was told it wouldn't be there for a day. Then I asked for coffee in the room, it was forgotten, their phone was not working, when I wanted to call the reception, there was noise until 3 a.m. because there was a bar downstairs, I wasn't bothered much, but it might bother me if someone was sick, of course, since our room was on the top floor, I was disturbed by the sound of cats on the roof for two days. My needs for towels and liquid soap were met immediately and they cleaned it every time. Of course, the room was a little small for two people, but it wasn't a problem for us. I am undecided if I would prefer it when I go there again.

I mean, it's not cheap, it's not expensive, but it's ridiculous that the cleanliness is so bad in such a 4-star hotel. It's my second visit, we destroyed one bug the previous time, this time there were two. Is it so difficult to spray bugs, also the bathroom was of poor quality and not very clean, it's a huge hotel, you have to pay attention to these, unfortunately, it was my last visit, I wouldn't say that I'm not badmouthing anyone, what I said is completely true.
