Sofia Boutique Hotel

We are very lucky to have had our first thermal experience in this hotel. It is a perfect family hotel, clean, attention-grabbing, very nice, thank you very much for everything.

There was a bad smell in the room, I think it was coming from the carpets, the shower was broken, I can't add it because I skipped taking photos, but the hangers in the wardrobe were not complete and there was an old, torn bed. Also, after so many people died in the fire, there are still smoking rooms in the hotel. On our last night, the fire alarm went off twice. We panicked. We went downstairs very quickly. A guest smoked in the non-smoking room and they warned him, but this information was not given to us, and after we went downstairs in panic, we asked and learned about this. They answer like this: We warned them, did we turn off the alarm, as if it was normal, we have never had such a bad hotel experience, my daughter, tell me you want to enter immediately, I think it is very bad for a 5-star hotel, I will definitely not stay again.

We stayed one night as a family for our Çanakkale trip. We all liked the hotel very much. It's a little far from the city, but it's quiet and clean, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is also sufficient.

It was a very sweet and pleasant atmosphere, I was very pleased.

Everything was nice, it was very clean, it was a quiet, calm and spacious place.
