It was very nice, there were no problems, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, there was a lot of variety and it was delicious. I recommend.

When we arrived at the hotel, a bathrobe was left in the room. Even though we called twice, the flight attendants kept us waiting, saying they would take care of it. Moreover, although we repeatedly told the room and housekeeping staff, we learned that there were no bathrobes in the hotel. Since it was busy due to the October 29 holiday... An understanding that managed to sell so many rooms but could not think of bringing bathrobes... After waiting for 4 hours, two ladies and a gentleman from the hotel managers came by chance! After learning the situation and solving it, we were finally able to benefit from the thermal facilities. The cleaning of the pools was ordinary. Same with jacuzzi and bathtub... Room cleaning was good. The food was very good and clean. In summary, there are businesses that provide better service for the same money.

We came with my wife for our honeymoon. The service we received, from the hotel manager to the chef, from the reception to the other employees, were all very friendly, sincere and respectful people. The rooms are clean, they are cleaned regularly every day, the three-course open buffet meals and drinks were clean, plentiful and delicious. Even though we came at the end of the season, they did not show any lack of service, thank you. We recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone who is considering coming.
