The staff were friendly and attentive, the food came quickly and hot, the shower and the bed were nice, I left satisfied.

A little more attention could be paid to cleanliness. The bathroom seemed a little old. Other than that, I have no complaints about the staff, breakfast and location.

We went to the hotel just to sleep after visiting Ayder plateau. However, there were always dead insects on the ground. In other words, it had never been cleaned, those insects died before us, obviously that room needs to be cleaned for new accommodation. In the bed, dead insects came out from under the pillows. We killed 4 or 5 insects in the room. The location of the hotel is bad. We came by car, but transportation up the hill was by walking. You can leave your car in the parking lot at the entrance of Ayder and come to the road with the free shuttle service, but this information is never given and we searched for a parking lot for 30 minutes. Everyone talks about getting a shuttle service parked in a parking lot, but people who come to Ayder for the first time cannot find these places as they are looking for. The staff was friendly, but they are not enough. Frankly, we went just to sleep without paying much attention, but we couldn't sleep at night because of the pollution. It's not a place we would choose over the second one.

I was a nice guest. If I go again, I will stay here again.

We spent 2 nights with my family, the employees are humble and very respectful. The breakfast is top notch and there are nearly 100 varieties of it, but dinner is paid, we ate outside, the prices are very reasonable, the rooms are very clean, there are no non-working products such as air conditioning, the nearest beach is Filyos, it takes 20-25 minutes by car, we visited it as a day trip, you will be satisfied. If you go to Caycuma, I think you can choose one of the most comfortable hotels.
