The welcome was nice, the rooms were clean except for 1,2 details, it was nice to be close to the sea, the food was delicious and there was plenty of variety, thank you to Mr. Yalçın and the waiters and bartenders.

It didn't have many activities, but it was a nice hotel, I was satisfied..

I made a Pullman hotel reservation for the second time. Each time, I was kept waiting at the reception and told that our reservation did not show up. Even though I made the payment, they requested a pre-authorization payment in order to get us into the room. We were kept waiting for 1 hour and were taken to the room. We cannot check in at our check-in time. I also request that the necessary precautions be taken for the approach and behavior of the staff who took care of us, and I will not choose your hotel again. I am waiting for your necessary information. Good work.

Room size is appropriate. There was a smell of dust in the room, I think the armchair is not cleaned. Breakfast was mediocre, there was no freshly brewed tea and there was quite a bit of stagnant tea. The machine coffee was very bad. The jams were taken from the jars with a spoon, it did not have a nice visual. Turkish bath changing rooms were dirty and used materials were on the floor. I hope my feedback is helpful for improvement. I think 3* would be a more accurate description.

I stayed in a suite room. I thought the room was cold and I had difficulty heating it. Everything else was fine, thank you to the staff, and the breakfast was also very successful.
