I've stayed at this hotel before. This time we asked for cleaning for the room. When I came back to my room, I realized that my laptop had been dropped and broken. I called the reception. They were neither interested nor concerned. Nobody cared. I filed a report with law enforcement. Still, no one asked. If it was zero, I would give it. I will continue to file my complaints where necessary. One cannot be victimized like this. I have never seen such rudeness in any hotel.

We spent 2 nights with my family, the employees are humble and very respectful. The breakfast is top notch and there are nearly 100 varieties of it, but dinner is paid, we ate outside, the prices are very reasonable, the rooms are very clean, there are no non-working products such as air conditioning, the nearest beach is Filyos, it takes 20-25 minutes by car, we visited it as a day trip, you will be satisfied. If you go to Caycuma, I think you can choose one of the most comfortable hotels.

It couldn't be worse, no water coming from the shower head, sinks are broken, paint is falling from the ceiling, there is no elevator, no parking and the cheaper hotels are more luxurious.

It was an affordable hotel for the price. I didn't like it in terms of cleanliness; There was an excessive cigarette smell. It was very disturbing. I don't plan on staying again.

It was our second stay. We had a problem with the staff in the first stay. The service and attitude were not acceptable at all. There was a different staff in the second stay. The only flaw in an excellent hotel is the staff, but this should be the issue that should be taken into consideration the most. I would never consider staying again
