Minta Apart

Even though we booked a suite room, we were given a normal room. We tried to get it first. We wanted to stay again the next night. We went out for cleaning and came back 2 hours later. This time we couldn't open the door with the card. We went down to the reception again and fixed it. This time it wasn't cleaned either. We went down to the reception again and we were kept waiting in the lobby for about an hour to be cleaned. It was a hotel we stayed in regularly, so it wasn't the first, but it was the last. We don't plan on staying there again, the cleanliness is zero anyway.

Dining options at night are very limited. Minibar prices are much higher than the market. It's a new hotel, the staff was friendly and attentive.

The service, cleanliness, breakfast facilities are very good, the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The location of the hotel is close to Marmara Sea and bus stops, regular cleaning is done every day, tea bags, coffee and water are offered in the room. The room is a bit small, I asked for a desk, they helped by making a small change in the layout of the room, I had a long stay and was generally satisfied.

Everything was fine during our stay. The staff and hotel facilities were very good.
