Belpoint Beach Hotel

The cleanliness of my hotel was good. But since it was located in the center, there was noise. We couldn't sleep much at night because of the noise. The employees were very friendly.

The service is super attentive, the cleaning is very good, the location is nice, my wife could not go to dinner sometimes because we had a 3-month-old baby, the food was delivered to the room without any extra price.

Before deciding on a hotel, I look at its rating. Frankly, I didn't think I would like it this much. I stayed in a 1+1 apartment, not a hotel. The staff (Mr. Ömer at the reception) was very attentive. He remembered my vehicle's license plate while parking. I congratulate the staff and the hotel.

It was a spotless and sparkling hotel, and our room was also very friendly and attentive to them. I would like to thank them very much. A hotel that should definitely be considered if you come to Çanakkale.

Overall I was satisfied, it was great.

The gentleman at the reception was very rude. Even though we were at the hotel at 13.50, we could only go to our room at 2.40. There was no one there, they just kept us waiting, saying wait 10 minutes.

The staff were so friendly and sincere that I didn't want to leave the hotel. The cleanliness, location and facilities were superb.
