My room orders arrived in exactly 1 hour. The inside of the room smelled of licorice.

It was a nice experience. Price and performance are very good. Generally the hotel is clean and safe. The staff is caring. I was very pleased that they provided prayer mats for prayer. I come to Ankara often and stop by.

The location is a bit far, but it was a nice holiday with the campaign, it was very good in terms of price, a clean and quality experience.

We were kept waiting until 01:00 at night by Mr. Akın at the reception. We were very tired and the server left, after we said we would keep you waiting for five minutes, we were kept waiting for a very long time and when we said we were tired, we encountered the opposite body language. Moreover, he warned us to remain calm without looking at him. While receiving service, I do not have to suffer the adverse body language of the employees, even if not verbally.

I was the only lady. I felt pretty safe. It had a small boutique hotel feel - a comfortable atmosphere for the price I paid. He was a person who kept things under control at the reception desk.

Before booking, I specifically asked about the bad comments about air conditioners written on the internet. I was told there was no problem on the phone. When I checked in to the hotel, I asked the reception again, and the same answer was given as "no problem". However, when we got to the room, we saw that the air conditioner was almost not working. The room was unbearably hot. When we conveyed the situation to the reception, instead of finding a solution, we were told only "you can open the window". Although I stated that it was not possible for me to open a window in a room on the 2nd floor for privacy reasons, no alternative was offered. Moreover, we later learned that the entire hotel had the same problem. In other words, the hotel deliberately concealed a known problem before booking and at check-in. Worse, we saw neither a professional approach nor an attitude that cared about customer satisfaction in the face of the victimization. A business that does not provide accurate information to its guests and does not show the will to solve problems. I definitely do not recommend it.
