In general, we were very pleased, the cleanliness of the hotel, especially the restaurant section, was very good, the staff was very friendly. The reason why I gave 4 stars was the pool temperature. Yes, it was not cold, but it was not hot due to the temperature. The pool temperature should be at least 35 degrees. Unfortunately, 30-31 degrees is not enough in cool and rainy weather... But even if you went there just for the restaurant, it was so delicious. Many thanks to the team

We were very pleased, but when we ordered food to the room, it arrived late and the wifi was very bad and did not work at all.

With early reservation, we stayed for two nights, very comfortable and clean, at a very affordable price during the Eid al-Adha, away from the crowds but a 30-minute drive from everywhere. We booked a room for two adults and 3 children aged 5-12 and stayed comfortably in a room with a very large double bed and a bunk bed. The staff was respectful and caring. Thank you for everything.

The location of the hotel was very good, our room was cleaned daily, but the floors did not seem to be cleaned much. The hotel manager was very friendly and always asked about our situation. The employees are also friendly and helpful. My girlfriend and I liked the hotel very much. I will definitely stop by again on my trip to Izmir.
