In general, we had a normal process, the breakfast was inadequate in terms of variety and portion.

The service was very nice.

The pool was cold, it would be better if it was warmer.

The staff were so friendly and sincere that I didn't want to leave the hotel. The cleanliness, location and facilities were superb.

It is not worth the price. They say breakfast is a bed and breakfast, go down to 9-11 open buffet or pay extra, and there is nothing decent. The rooms are very small and cramped, and we asked for a smoking room with separate beds, but they said it was full even though there was an empty room. They want money for everything, there wasn't even water in the minibar, so they gave us 2 500ml bottles on the first day, they said there is no water for the next 2 days, there is nothing in the room, there is no coffee or tea, you order with money from below, they are very indifferent, I would never recommend them. Those who ask find it too expensive and leave, I think they should look at other hotels that are much more affordable.

There is a lot of comfort for a 3-star hotel. The friendliness of the staff, the beauty of the breakfast, they cleaned the rooms every day, the hygiene is spotless, the staff is very attentive, we thank you very much for their attention and smiling faces.
