We were very pleased with everything during our stay. The hotel was clean, tidy and very comfortable. Especially the attention, friendly face and solution-oriented approach of Mr. Dorukhan and Mr. Çetin, who worked at the reception, made our stay much more enjoyable. We truly felt like guests. We stayed for 1 night during our trip from Artvin to Istanbul. As a staff member, we met the person who took the reservation. He was very nice and even allowed us to use the freezer for the food we brought from the village, which needed to stay cold. The room we stayed in was sufficient and comfortable for 4 adults and 1 child. The staff who prepared breakfast in the morning were both friendly and nice. Frankly, I really liked this comfort for this price :) They will definitely be our indispensable apart hotel in Ordu. Thanks

There were no clean sheets and duvet covers, the lighting was bad. The only good thing was its location..

There was no liquid hand soap or shampoo in the room.. But they brought it when I asked for it - they didn't even check it.. the shower drain is problematic - it creates a lake inside.. the car park is outside..!!!

In short, keep it in your pocket. You may think that you should look at other hotels with similar prices. Location is close to buses and pier. The room is small. Cleaning standard Staff stadar;t I did not experience any sound problems The toilet seat does not drain well and there is no toilet paper. Wifi is slow. In terms of price, you can stay in very bad hotels and if you are careful between the good ones.

Clean hotel. Breakfast is very good. Unfortunately, there was no WiFi on the day we stayed.
