Everything was very enjoyable, all the staff were friendly and very attentive. My only negative comment about the hotel is a friend called BURAK, who works at the reception. He is a know-it-all and tries not to help with anything. He is a tiring personality with poor diction and needs training in customer-employee relations. :( I recommend that the authorities take precautions as soon as possible.

It was very clean and they were very caring. The furnishings in the room were very comfortable. In general, we liked everything. Ağvada should definitely be preferred.

There was a smell in the elevator due to renovation. The staff, food and room were very successful.

The staff was very good. Especially the housekeeper sister and the friend with glasses standing at the bar were very helpful. The hotel was very clean. The slides were old. The pool was very clean. The only problem was the food. Chicken came out every day and it wasn't tasty at all. Their burgers were bad. Stale cookies at snack time. Salads were the same every day and were stale. Desserts were also very bad. The cook needs to be changed urgently. Everything else was fine. Since I don't use wifi, I entered an average score.

Everything is wonderful except that the housekeeping does not come and there is no chandelier in the middle area of ​​the room.

We went to stay for 4 days, we were very pleased, the rooms were spacious and clean, the friends at the reception were very helpful, I would especially like to thank Ms. Sanem for her attention and concern.
