The hotel was in a very good location and there was transportation to everywhere. However, when we entered our room, there was hair on the beds, the floors were dusty, and they were not cleaned. When we said this, they started talking behind our backs. It was not a nice behavior at all. The breakfast was good. The only problem was that our room was not completely clean, we warned them, they changed the covers, but again, the cover was dirty on the edge, and only the cover of the bed we slept on was changed. Despite the bad comments, when we went, it was as the people who commented were saying. If the cleanliness aspect was good, I would give full points to the hotel. If my room was clean, it was as said. If it is properly maintained, it will be a hotel that everyone will choose.

There is no personal soap or shampoo in the bathrooms. There is a push-button soap dispenser (like those in public toilets) that dispenses liquid soap when pressed. You are a huge 4 star hotel. Keep small necessities ready in your rooms. The earwax I spent was not replaced. There was no washcloth left in the bathroom. The whole problem lies with our housekeeper friends...
