The Novotel hotel in Diyarbakır, where we came for the Eid Holiday, did not meet our expectations based on the price paid. The room was small and the double bed was very old and deformed, and the springs felt like they were sticking out, making our waist uncomfortable. We conveyed the issue to the reception and there was no interest. The breakfast is not like a 5 star hotel breakfast, there is little variety and the finished breakfast items are not replenished. Cheap breakfast, almost prepared for tours, staff few and indifferent. Frankly, we were disappointed.
