The shower cabin in the bathroom had no glass, the bidet faucet on the toilet was not working. the rooms were not clean

We had serious problems with the personnel. Although we received support from the hotel regarding the reservation according to our flight time, the room delivery was not made on time. Unfortunately, their understanding of institutionalism was almost non-existent and they were insufficient to help in any way. We also encountered small insects in the hotel rooms. Although the location is quite nice, our satisfaction dropped seriously due to negative experiences from the staff.

Definitely not worth the money. There were footprints on the bathroom floor. There were hairs on the nightstand.

We had a holiday between 10-14 June. Since the schools had not started yet, the facility was quiet, so we took advantage of the breakfast and shuttle service without any waiting, it seemed special to us. The staff is friendly and hardworking. The hotel is very clean, the materials are of high quality. The breakfast is better than many boutique hotels and is of better quality. The only negative criterion is that there are many stairs going up and down the beach. Since we went by private vehicle, there was no problem. We went to the center in 7-8 minutes. The hotel is on the Kas peninsula.

We came to Ankara because of our consulate appointment. Since I had surgery, I wanted to stay for 1 night. First of all, I called and explained my situation and said that I wanted to check in a little early so that I could rest. They flatly refused. But when we arrived at the hotel, I reported my situation face to face again. Even though we went to the hotel early, they did not reject my request and took us to the room early. Hotel rooms are small but very clean. Everything is new. The bathrooms are spotless. The breakfast is very diverse. We stayed for 1 night, but we were very pleased with everything. If I were to go again, it would be a hotel I would choose. Price performance hotel. I would like to thank the friends at the reception for their help. At the same time, our cleaning staff on the floor was also very sweet. It met all our needs. A nice hotel, we loved it

The hotel is very clean, the service should be improved, the breakfast should be improved.

Personally, we were very pleased, especially the staff was friendly and attentive, I prefer it to those who come.
