Great location, very clean rooms, friendly staff

I was satisfied, it was neat.

The food and the friendly approach of the staff at Kaya Belek Hotel, where we stayed for 5 days, were amazing. The food was very delicious and diverse. All the staff were very friendly and caring. We would also like to thank intern Emir for his interest. The pool was clean and large. The beach was clean. The sea was sandy and very enjoyable. There was only one thing we didn't like about the hotel. And that is the comfort of the rooms. We expected better comfort. Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed by the position of the beds flush against the wall and the discomfort of the beds and pillows. Other than that, we left very satisfied with everything.

The hotel is in a central location. There are pigeon noises day and night, and there is a lot of noise in the poorly insulated room. The room looked clean, but when I woke up in the morning, there were bugs on my bed, it might be better to spray it.

We stayed with my family and it was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for the attention of the staff.

The employees of our hotel are top notch. They were all very polite and hardworking. I would also like to thank the management. The years have worn out our hotel. I say it is time for a renovation.
