The location of the hotel is very good due to its proximity to the center. The staff is number 10. With all their good intentions and kindness, they are professionally focused on customer satisfaction. This staff deserves much better hotels. The hotel was established in the 90s and all the furnishings have never changed. In this respect, the rooms are literally falling apart. Cleaning is very bad. I think the reason for this is the lack of staff. The rooms are extremely large and spacious. As a result, will I stay again? Never! A hotel's positive nature only in terms of its staff is not enough to ignore its other shortcomings. It's a run-down hotel created by the mentality of an out-of-date boss trying to get by with the missing staff without spending money. I don't recommend it.

There was a problem charging the phone because the sockets in the lobby were not working. The location is ideal, it is easy to find a central place, it is close to the Düvenönü station and easy to reach.

Everything in the hotel was perfect, but the gentleman at the reception had a very striking look. He was a middle-aged gentleman. This look did not bother me at all. Apart from that, everything was fine. In general, the rating is three stars. Other than that, there is no problem.
