The parking lot is not enough. The staff is not willing to smile. When we arrive at the hotel at 17.00, we are told that the room is not ready. The sink drain in the room is problematic. You have to turn on the water in a way that allows it to flow evenly. I, we see and experience this, but doesn't the housekeeper see it?! Young friends who work in the breakfast room and collect the empties need to be reminded that there is such a thing as hygiene!
