You interpret... There was no water in the room, there was no duvet!! We asked for it but it was not given!! We asked for water and were given 2 small 250 ml waters. There is no heater, no refrigerator, no wardrobe door...

The staff are devoted, it is a clean hotel in a good location, I was satisfied..

It's strange, but there is free wifi only in the lobby, the internet in the center is paid, the cleaning was done wrong, the sea was stony, we couldn't enter the pool, it was good.

The price performance is very good, the staff at the reception are very attentive, I was satisfied.

No clean towels, breakfast sucks

The images in the photo are missing. There are two different accommodation places. To get from the hotel room to the pool, you have to cross a driveway. Cleaning is not good at all. The guests before me had hair clips on the floor. The toilet bowl is very yellow dirt. In such a big hotel, the food was very low. The same meals were heated and stored for 3 days. There is no variety of food and I did not like the ingredients used in oil. In a place where I pay so much for evening and night, everything is very poor in terms of activity. There were very few umbrellas by the pool and the seaside. I asked for extra but they didn't help. And while I was having so many problems, I could never find an official to talk to at the hotel. The 18-20 year old staff could do nothing but apologize to everyone in every incident. I stayed for 3 nights. The garbage in the main places I saw for 3 days was in the same place (like cookie garbage in the gazebo). The hotel and holiday I went to with dreams was not at all what I wanted.

I stay at this hotel in my business life. For personal stay, a daily deposit of 4000₺ is taken by the hotel. This is inappropriate behavior for such a corporate hotel. If you take a deposit of 4000₺, I don't understand why the minibar is empty.
