Repeated appearance of hair and fur in food indicates that there is a big problem with hygiene. The staff was indifferent and insufficient to help. The room given to me was a complete disappointment. I had difficulty entering the shower cabin because it was extremely narrow, the toilets were unusable and I encountered insects in the room. It definitely did not meet my expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness. Unfortunately, I wouldn't want to come again even if it was my last option...

The staff was friendly and sincere. The rooms were not very clean, especially the balcony was very dirty and needed to be washed. The toilet tap was broken. Breakfast was good.
