Ottoman Palace Residence

When I went to the hotel, one of my first goals was to spend time in the jacuzzi. The water in the jacuzzi does not heat up and the jacuzzi wets all the floors. Then I waited the next day for it to get better. The next day, the jacuzzi was not heating and the normal shower was not working. They told me to wait and even though I waited, it did not heat up and there was nothing they could do. They told me to try it in the morning. Then the next morning we have to go out anyway, the water doesn't get hot again and when I call they say wait 30 minutes for it to get hot again, it doesn't get hot again and now I'm asking if there's hot water in another room, I say we're going to hit the road, we need to take a shower. They arranged a room for me, but they called me and told me that I had to leave the room by 11 and that I had to hurry. First of all, there is the hotel's fault with the hot water, and then I have my fiancée with me, and as a woman, she cannot act that quickly. They tell me to go fast. If you had at least made a little effort to make up for your mistake. I didn't use it, I paid for the jacuzzi and shower, but I wasn't satisfied.

The hotel is nice in general. Only the rooms are very small. The breakfast could have a little more options. The staff is very attentive.

It is a very good hotel, the price is very reasonable considering its quality.

I recommend it, we were satisfied, if we go again, I would choose the same hotel.

Nice hotel, I liked it, I had no problems, it met my expectations.

The seating area in the fireplace area was not comfortable, it was uncomfortable, other than that, everything was nice and clean, the temperature of the pool, everything was very nice, the price and performance could have been a little better, but it was still very nice.

I would love to have a discount on a hotel we come to regularly.
