It was a good business hotel, we were very pleased, it met our needs, the breakfast was good, we were generally satisfied.

A friendly and understanding company. The location is also central. I couldn't try the food because I wasn't available, but it looked good.

I made a reservation at Adana Erten Hotel as a four-star hotel. I was greeted by Ms. Özlem at the reception. Together with the Manager, they helped me and opened my room early, even though I arrived early. They were extremely friendly, caring and solution oriented. The hotel may be a little dated; However, the approach of the staff completely compensates for this situation. Thanks to this care and sincerity, one cannot find any faults. Low service compared to the price, the air conditioner was not working and they did not care. The jacuzzi was broken, we changed rooms, this time there was no hot water. We call, they say they will send a technical team, we wait for 1 hour. We don't plan to go again

The hotel and restaurant business are separate from each other, the employees in both fields are so attentive and friendly that this may even be the reason why they are preferred again. The breakfast is sufficient, the rooms are clean, the evening menu is rich and delicious, we will go again..
