We are staying here for the second time. The toilet and bathroom area were very narrow and the bathroom had problems twice. The shower heads were either bursting or broken. In general, the cleanliness etc. was very good, neat and tidy, and there was a problem with soundproofing in the rooms. The sound of the yacht's conversations and the television were always in our room. Other than that, there was no problem, thank you for everything.

I was very pleased with the hotel. It is clean and beautiful. If I go again, I would like to stay here again.

In general, the hotel is nice, but the only drawback we see is that breakfast ends early (08.00-10.00).

Room size is appropriate. There was a smell of dust in the room, I think the armchair is not cleaned. Breakfast was mediocre, there was no freshly brewed tea and there was quite a bit of stagnant tea. The machine coffee was very bad. The jams were taken from the jars with a spoon, it did not have a nice visual. Turkish bath changing rooms were dirty and used materials were on the floor. I hope my feedback is helpful for improvement. I think 3* would be a more accurate description.

We stayed in the garden part of the hotel. There was no water in our room in the morning, there was no soap, shampoo etc. in the room, there were no cleaning products in the room, the curtains in the garden were inadequate and we were left wondering if we were visible, the beds were incredibly squeaky. The location is very nice, the garden is very beautiful, but the water and soap were far from it.
