Four Seasons Hotel İstanbul at the Bosphorus

Overall we left satisfied. The location of the hotel is very good, the room we stayed in was a little small. There is no sound insulation, conversations can be heard directly. We had dinner at the hotel, but there was no variety and the desserts were tasteless. Ideal for accommodation only, don't expect anything else

The location was nice, I did not see any problems with cleanliness, and the staff was very helpful in terms of service.

We would like to thank dear sister Ayfer and the other staff who always took care of us throughout our four-day stay. There was more than enough attention and nothing less. The breakfasts are very good and additions are made day by day. The location is very close to the center, where you can easily go with your car, and it has its own parking lot. They met our expectations and we definitely recommend them.

I only stayed one night, I was satisfied with the service.

The beds are small. The bathroom is still a bathtub. Cleaning was not good. I asked for a smoke-free room and they gave me a smoke-free room. I couldn't sleep because of the cigarette smell on the pillows.

I cannot connect to wifi even though I entered no password. The features stated features such as laundry facilities, but even the staff sends them elsewhere. There are some features missing in the hotel, for example, the air conditioner blows cold water well, but even at max setting, it blows less. The rest was very nice, the breakfast, the pool and the view.

When choosing an economical room, I didn't think that oxygen could be saved. I learned that the hotel was clean in general, the employees were very polite, if you are going to stay, do not choose an economical room (I thought it would not be important since we would stay for one night, but it was literally like there was no oxygen).
