I was very pleased, it was a nice stay.

There was excessive noise coming from the room next to me, I asked for a smoke-free room, there were butts in the toilet, the bottom of the foot of the pouf in the room was removed and it was shaking, which was a bad view. Apart from these, the staff were very friendly and solution oriented.

There is turkey for lunch and dinner every day. I wouldn't recommend it to regular meat lovers. Because there isn't. An ideal hotel for turkey lovers.

The service and attitude of all the staff at the hotel were great, the breakfast was the same, they did not say no to anything we wanted (including fried eggs, omelette varieties, French fries and no extra charge was required). If I talk about the taste issue, I have full faith that the chef will create excellent tastes if better quality products are used. Unfortunately, there were problems with the hotel - Wifi outage - Water leaking from the batteries - Unpressured bath water - Toiletries made of poor quality materials. -Do not leave the balcony door open because mosquito nets were made for flies but the edges were not covered. -Although the air conditioning was central, it was very disturbing as it was designed to hit the bed directly. In general, it is not too bad, but I hope the hotel official will read this message and redo these deficiencies that can be corrected. Because the staff service and approach were good enough to be preferred again.

The room and hotel environment were very clean, I am very meticulous, so it received five stars from me, the location was very comfortable, close to everywhere, I loved it.

The first hotel I found on the app and went to. I was very pleased, it is very decent, quiet, and the location is definitely there. If I ever come to Ankara, I will definitely stay at Koza again. It is recommended.
