We were very pleased, thank you to all the staff

My hotel room was not heating up even though I closed the balcony door and turned on the air conditioner. Bath towels smell bad.

We froze until the morning. There is supposedly a heating system in the rooms, but actually there is not..

A holiday like this is impossible. As a person who has graduated from tourism and hotel management for forty years, I have never experienced a holiday that offers such a wide range of opportunities in my life. I mean, how can a hotel be this organized, how professional can a staff be, how rich can a kitchen be, how comfortable can rooms be? How abundant are the treats from the open buffet? My word of thanks cannot be explained, it must be experienced.

I liked the hotel, the staff is moderate, it is okay if you are traveling alone, but I did not like the breakfast, the varieties can be increased, it seems bland, other than that, it was a quiet hotel.

I recommend it, only a little more attention could be paid to breakfast.

I was given a different room than the one in the picture. Upon arrival, I couldn't sleep because of the noise of people coming and going from the reception all night long.

It was an accommodation experience beyond disgrace. The cleanliness of the room was very bad. There was food waste from the previous customer in the mini bar.
