I'm not satisfied at all

Unfortunately, it was not a clean hotel, there was dust everywhere, the rooms smelled weird. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. We didn't like that there weren't many options for breakfast. Bitek staff was friendly.

I can say that it is the best quality hotel in the region. The attention of the staff was at the highest level. I will be their guest again on my next visit to the region.

I don't know where to start. I examined approximately 500 hotels and chose this hotel based on the comments. I'm glad I chose. Wouldn't there be the slightest problem in a hotel? It wasn't happening. All the staff were great and friendly. Food, dessert, drinks as much as you wanted... Everything was so delicious. Red meat, white meat and fish of all kinds require at least four or five different types in every meal. Great organization. Cleanliness is great. Even the common areas are clean. Drinks in bars are great. Enjoying tea in a glass cup. For example, we did not drink warm water. Summer never ends. 4 minutes walking distance to the sea. The sea is mixed with sand and pebbles. Believe me, you cannot find a holiday for this price anywhere. The hotel is like a 10 star hotel.
