Pinara Pension & Guesthouse

We felt really comfortable and special during our stay. The entire team was extremely friendly, caring and helpful. The hotel's location, cleanliness, food, Turkish bath and sauna services were very good. Especially the lagoon pool (hot pool) at the hotel was great. This pool would be absolutely perfect when it's snowing outdoors :)) Thank you very much to everyone who contributed to this beautiful experience.

Overall, I was satisfied. I think some things in the room need to be renewed.

The hotel was generally good, but the bed comfort was not sufficient. If improvements are made in this regard, the guest experience will be much better.

Everything was as it should be

The hotel had no runway and no slippers. Fortunately, we were able to survive 2 days because we came to our room to sleep. Breakfast is standard. Staff is standard. Its location is very good, but this does not change the fact that it is bad.

We were only pleased with the breakfast and the helpfulness of the staff. Other than that, it is a hotel that does not deserve its price and 4 stars. Even if the spa belongs to a different business, you should be able to use the wet areas without paying any extra fee if you are a hotel customer. Certain areas in the rooms are very worn. The shower head, tap and some parts of the bathroom are covered in rust. The shower cabin leaks water every time.

Clean well-maintained rooms. They provide relevant assistance. It's obvious that the employees are a little inexperienced, but they do their job well, so there is no problem in that regard. I can recommend it, price performance

We could only stay for a short time, we would have loved to stay for a longer time. If the prices are reduced, why not come again?
