Levent Hotel

I think there is a lack of coordination between the employees, one of them says that the payment was taken from the card, the other says that it was not, and I think the valet does not behave in accordance with the corporate standards. I speak as someone who has traveled the world. The air conditioners were not working cold. I would have fainted inside. I think that is a minus.

It was a very bad experience, cleaning is done every 3 days. There is nothing positive about it other than the friendly and welcoming staff.

Cleanliness was good, location was very pleasant; The hotel was close to the city center and the road, right by the sea. Only there was no elevator in the building. We were pleased with the hotel, I recommend it.

Even though it was a hot spring hotel, the rooms were cold, there was no tea before the breakfast hour, a cup of tea was served after that, the staff was empty. I called the reception many times for Wi-Fi, they did not answer, we went downstairs and asked an employee, he was helpful and the phone was constantly disabled, it was very difficult to use the internet. There is a kitchen in the rooms and it would not be bad if there were kitchen utensils. It is a very boring place for children, it can be visited if there are activities.

A very bad hotel

The breakfast was adequate. There is a parking lot. The people at the reception were nice. But there was a girl at the breakfast. She never took her eyes off you. She could put morsels down your throat. She was looking at your plate until what you bought. Also, the daily cleaning was not enough. The hair was always standing. Even the garbage was not cleaned completely. They did not change the glasses I used. I stayed for a week. I had enough experience. The location is good.
