The facilities are limited, there is a tea table for minutes at breakfast, a second tea shop should be installed, cups are not produced. There is no tea served for dinner, you have to drink tea in the lobby for 70 TL, and there is no resting place at the exit of the thermal pools. They don't want anyone who comes once to come again.

I was very pleased, everything was 5 stars for me, especially there was a lady in the kitchen whose name I don't remember, she took great care of us, I thank her very much, I would like to stay here again next year.

The employees were very attentive, they helped us with everything, the breakfast was nice and delicious, the hotel was a little old but clean, we were very pleased.
